Description This member type is for individual advocates who are directly involved in the delivery or supervision of public defense services. (It is intended to include all practitioners, regardless of profession, as well as staff on oversight boards or central agencies who may not represent clients but administer the defense function, and public defense board and/or commission members. Law school clinicians who represent clients are also considered direct service providers.)
