The ABC's of an Emergency Child Placement Hearing

Webinar Faculty: Adam Ballout and Flint Stebbins, Partners, ABC Law Group, Everett, WA

April 14, 2017 at 1:00 pm eastern (60 minutes)

About the Webinar:  We will discuss the in's and out's of an initial emergency hearing following the removal of children from their parents. This webinar will discuss approaches, strategy and skills to use at the initial hearing in order to best help our clients in dependency representation.

About the Faculty: Flint Stebbins is a partner at ABC Law Group with a scientific background who has a passion for protecting vulnerable populations – most often those in poverty. Flint primarily represents indigent clients ensnared in the intimidating and confusing world of the child welfare system, as well as some criminal defense. Adam Ballout is a partner at ABC Law Group with a passion for social justice and effecting systemic change despite heavy resistance from powerful governmental and influential forces. Adam focuses on high-stakes trial practice, advocating for the vulnerable and fighting corruption in our judicial process.
