About the Faculty: Jane Fox is a Staff Attorney with the Legal Aid Society's Criminal Defense Practice in the Bronx. Jane is also an active member of her attorney union where she has been working on educating members about Public Service Loan Forgiveness and student debt for over five years.

Kyle Morris is originally from Lexington, Kentucky. He graduated with honors from Middle Tennessee State University with a Music Industry degree. He then graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law. During his second year of law school Kyle clerked for the public defenders’ office in Richmond and his career goals transformed. After graduation, he joined the Richmond office as a trial attorney in 2009.

In 2018 he moved south to Nashville to join the Nashville Defenders office and became a team leader of the General Sessions team in 2019 where he supervises and trains new attorneys fighting for some of Nashville’s most vulnerable.  He also staffs several of the specialty courts in Nashville and participates in the office’s community outreach programming to educate and assist the people of Nashville.

When he’s not in court Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, playing in a big band, Kentucky basketball, and podcasts.
