Building Team Communication Across Time and Space

February 12, 2019 @ 1:00 p.m. Eastern, 60 minutes

Webinar Faculty: Anna Jeno, Litigation Technology Specialist, Capital Resource Counsel Project

About the Webinar:  Capital teams face a wealth of unique challenges, not the least of which is the challenge of working with a team dispersed across different cities, states, and time zones. The effort of creating and working with a team when you cannot just pop out of the office together for a coffee adds a layer of complexity, but there are simple strategies which can help, including good communication practices. This webinar will discuss practical skills and communication habits which you can implement to improve how your team functions together, which will facilitate your team's cooperative efforts. This presentation will come from the perspective of capital defense, but will be applicable to any team working in diverse geographic areas.

About the Faculty:  Anna Jeno is a litigation technology specialist for the Capital Resource Counsel Project.
