About the Webinar:  This session will focus on helping your client navigate the landscape of DNA dystopia. Learn about DNA collection of minors; expansion of rogue databases; spread of Rapid DNA; the mining of genealogical databases by law enforcement; and the linking of forensic databases with genealogical ones.  Attend this session and learn how to fight these threats to your clients' privacy rights in the age of genetic surveillance.

About the Faculty:  Terri Rosenblatt and Jessica Goldthwaite are staff attorneys with the Legal Aid Society's DNA Unit where their practice focuses on litigating against DNA evidence.

October 30, 2018: NAPD releases a video about its achievements over the 5 years since forming in November in 2013. This films was coordinated by NAPD Steering Committee Member and San Francisco Public Defender Jeff Adachi and debuted at the Racial Justice Training and 5 Year Celebration in Baltimore, Maryland.
