PUBLIC DEFENDER SOCIAL WORKER NEW HAVEN JUVENILE
The Social Worker I serves as an integral part of the defense team for juvenile and adult clients.  Consults with attorneys toward the legal disposition of criminal, child welfare cases, PA 15-84 parole hearings and Connecticut Innocence Project cases by providing diagnostic screening, mitigation and alternative to incarceration plans among other duties.   The candidate must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and a car available for daily use.
