Attorney will be responsible for preparation and trial of guilt and punishment phases of capital murder cases for the eastern part of Missouri as well as conflicts from other parts of the state. | Requirements |
Qualifications: Must have at least three years’ experience in the practice of criminal law; must be a member of the Missouri Bar; must have experience in litigating complex and serious trials or experience in the area of capital litigation; must have ability to work effectively in team environment.
Salary/Benefits: Eligible for full state benefits including health, life, and long-term disability insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, CLE training, and payment of bar dues. Salary range is $7,036-$7,834 per month.
