The Office of Public Advocacy Adult and Juvenile Representation section has an Attorney II, III or IV position open. We prize hard work, collegiality, and teamwork. We fight for the voiceless, providing representation and support to juvenile clients in delinquency matters, parents in Children in Need of Aid (CINA) proceedings, and respondents in guardianship matters.

Requirements The Anchorage office is currently composed of one supervising attorney, five attorneys, one associate attorney I, and one law office assistant, in addition to this new position.  A Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited university is required, as well as bar licensure in Alaska or the ability to become licensed through reciprocity.  This position will remain open until filled with a suitable candidate.
